Assembly Affairs Museum shall be in charge of the following matters:
1. Matters as to collection, organization, storage and exhibitions for historical data.
2. Matters as to analysis, research and application of historical data regarding assembly affairs.
3. Matters as to digitalization and service of historical data regarding assembly affairs.
4. Other service and liaison as to assembly affairs.

In addition, Assembly Affairs Museum sets two departments pursuant to the regulations as to the procedural works of the Legislative Yuan set forth in Article 10-2, where the Section of duties is stated as follows:

1. Section I
(1) Matters as to the collection, organization, analysis, research, storage and digitalization of historical data and relics of development of assembly affairs.
(2) Matters as to the collection and organization of historical data and relics for local council’s assembly affairs.
(3) Matters as to the collection and organization of the publications of local councils.
(4) Matters as to domestic and foreign interlibrary cooperation and exchange.

2. Section II
(1) Matters as to the historical data of development of assembly affairs, application of cultural relics and exhibition.
(2) Matters as to the application and exhibition of historical data and relics of local council’s assembly affairs.
(3) Application and exhibitions of the publications of local councils.
(4) Matters as to the exhibition of archives, historical data, books and materials with historical value of assembly affairs of the Yuan.
(5) Exhibition, liaison, service and navigation of other materials as to assembly affairs.
