Article 22, Paragraph 2 (Responsibilities of the Assembly Affairs Museum)

The Assembly Affairs Museum has the following responsibilities:
1. Matters relating to the collection, organization, archiving and exhibition of assembly affairs related historical materials.
2. Matters relating to the analysis, study and use of assembly affairs related historical materials.
3. Matters relating to the digitization of assembly affairs related historical materials and associated services.
4. Liaising on other assembly affairs information related services.

Also, pursuant to Article 10-2, Regulations for Departmental Affairs of Legislative Yuan, the Assembly Affairs Museum has 2 sections with functions and duties as follows:

1. Section 1
(1) The collection, collation, analysis, research, archival and digitization of the documents and artifacts related to the history of assembly development.
(2) The collection and collation of the documents and artifacts related to the history of local assembly development.
(3) The collection and collation of local assembly publications.
(4) Worldwide inter-museum cooperation and exchange.

2. Section 2
(1) The utilization and exhibition of the documents and artifacts related to the history of assembly development.
(2) The utilization and exhibition of the documents and artifacts related to the history of local assembly development.
(3) The utilization and exhibition of local assembly publications.
(4) The exhibition of the files, historical documents and books and data that are historic in assembly development.
(5) Exhibitions, contacts, services and guided tours of assembly data.
