我想我們應該停止對薪資課稅，而轉為對污染課稅，尤其是排放二氧化碳的活動，更要課以重稅，藉此對大眾釋放出正確的信號。對個人而言，少繳的薪資稅遠遠能夠彌補因政府開徵能源稅（碳稅）而需增加的支出。

I think that we ought to stop taxing payrolls and start taxing pollution instead and put a heavy tax on CO2 in order to send the right signals, more than offset it by a reduction in payroll taxes.
