立法院今（8月19）日中午款宴「日本自由民主黨青年局海外研修團」一行70人，立法院「台日交流聯誼會」副會長洪孟楷委員代表韓國瑜院長歡迎賓客，國民黨牛煦庭委員、葛如鈞委員，民進黨蔡易餘委員、陳冠廷委員、林楚茵委員，以及民眾黨劉書彬委員等跨黨派委員應邀作陪。國際事務處林晨富處長、外交部「台灣日本關係協會」林郁慧副秘書長、「日本台灣交流協會」台北事務所片山和之代表及白石菜菜主任等人亦陪同。
At noon on August 19, the Legislative Yuan hosted a luncheon for a seventy-member delegation of the Overseas Training Group of the Youth Division of Japan’s Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). On behalf of President Daniel K.Y. Han of the Legislative Yuan, KMT Legislator Hung Mong-Kai, Vice President of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, extended a warm welcome to the delegates. Cross-party legislators were also present at the event, including KMT Legislators Niu Hsu-Ting and Dr. Ko Ju-Chun; DPP Legislators Tsai Yi-Yu, Chen Kuan-Ting, and Lin Chu-Yin; and TPP Legislator Dr. Liu Shu-Pin. In addition, International Affairs Department Director Kevin C.F. Lin, Deputy Secretary-General Lin Yu-Hui of the Taiwan-Japan Relations Association under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chief Representative Katayama Kazuyuki and Director Shiraishi Nana of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association Taipei Office were also present.
「日本自由民主黨青年局海外研修團」（以下簡稱「青年局研修團」）一行上午前往立法院議場旁聽院會議事運作，韓國瑜院長特別親臨致意，並與訪賓於議場前合影留念，表達對日本青年世代政治領袖到訪的重視。中午由洪孟楷委員以「台日交流聯誼會」副會長身分，代表立法院及韓國瑜院長款宴青年局研修團，並偕出席委員與片山代表等貴賓與訪團成員合影，留下珍貴紀錄。洪孟楷副會長表示，誠摯歡迎青年局研修團再度來訪，自民黨青年局歷年訪台交流，立法院均派出跨黨派委員盛情接待，充分展現台灣各政黨對台日情誼的高度重視。他並指出，青年局研修團此行訪台三天安排多達25場拜會，行程緊湊、交流廣泛，與立法院密集審查議案的緊湊步調不謀而合。
The Overseas Training Group of Japan's LDP Youth Division (hereinafter referred to as the “LDP Training Group”) visited the Legislative Yuan chamber in the morning of August 19 to observe parliamentary proceedings. President Han personally greeted the guests and joined them for a group photo in front of the chamber, underscoring the importance he attaches to the visit of Japan’s rising generation of political leaders. At noon, Legislator Hung, in his capacity as Vice President of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, hosted a luncheon on behalf of the Legislative Yuan and President Han for the LDP Training Group. He was joined by fellow legislators and distinguished guests, including Chief Representative Katayama, for a commemorative group photo with the visiting delegation, leaving a memorable record of the occasion. In his remarks, Vice President Hung warmly welcomed the LDP Training Group on its return visit to Taiwan. He noted that the Legislative Yuan has consistently extended cross-party hospitality whenever the LDP Youth Division has visited Taiwan over the years, fully reflecting the importance Taiwan’s political parties place on the friendship between Taiwan and Japan. He further pointed out that the LDP Training Group’s three-day visit to Taiwan includes as many as 25 meetings, making for a tightly scheduled and wide-ranging program of exchanges that mirrors the intense pace of deliberations in the Legislative Yuan.
洪孟楷副會長特別轉達韓院長提及「三份熱情」詮釋立法院款宴訪賓的寓意，藉以轉達院長的溫暖問候，首先是對佳餚的熱情，期盼日方嘉賓透過台灣美食感受寶島飲食文化與深厚情誼；其次是高粱酒的熱情，台灣高粱酒精濃度高於日本清酒，象徵台灣人真摯豪爽的待客之道；最後是跨黨派委員的熱情，雖然國內政黨間意見偶有分歧，但對於國會外交態度向團結一致，今日共同款待日本貴賓，充分展現台日國會情誼深厚。他強調，正如台灣俗諺所說「好酒、好菜、好朋友」，即為今日款宴的最佳註解，盼訪團把握交流機會，留下美好回憶，並祝福訪台行程圓滿，後續交流成果豐碩，亦期待立法院委員未來組團赴日交流,繼續深化雙邊情誼。
Vice President Hung also conveyed President Han’s message explaining the three symbols of hospitality demonstrated in the Legislative Yuan’s luncheon for its guests, thereby extending President Han’s warm greetings. First is the hospitality embodied in the cuisine, through which Japanese guests may experience Taiwan’s culinary culture and deep friendship. Second is the hospitality represented by Kaoliang liquor, whose higher alcohol content compared to Japanese sake symbolizes the Taiwanese people’s sincere and forthright hospitality. Lastly, there is the hospitality of the cross-party legislators themselves. Vice President Hung added that while political parties in Taiwan may differ on domestic issues, all legislators stand united in their approach to parliamentary diplomacy. He said that the joint hosting of Japanese guests fully reflects the profound parliamentary friendship between Taiwan and Japan. Vice President Hung perfectly described the spirit of the luncheon, citing the Taiwanese saying: “Good wine and good food go well with good friends.” He encouraged the delegation to make the most of this exchange, carry away fond memories, and achieve fruitful outcomes in future cooperation. Vice President Hung also expressed hope that members of the Legislative Yuan will in turn organize a delegation to visit Japan, further deepening the bilateral friendship.
日本青年局中曾根康隆局長感謝立法院韓院長、洪副會長及跨黨派委員撥冗接待，他憶及今年5月曾訪台與韓國瑜院長會晤，此次再度與跨黨派委員齊聚一堂，深感榮幸。他提及今日參觀立法院院會質詢行政院卓榮泰院長之過程，對台灣民主運作留下深刻印象，尤其感受到立法院的高度活力與強大能量。中曾根局長也回應韓院長所言「三份熱情」，表示今日氣氛充分展現台灣的溫暖與誠意，並盼未來日本國會也能進一步強化跨黨派合作，與台灣共同推動更緊密的國會外交關係。
LDP Youth Division Director Nakasone expressed gratitude to President Han, Vice President Hung, and the cross-party legislators for taking time to receive the delegation. Recalling his meeting with President Han during his visit to Taiwan this May, Director Nakasone said he was deeply honored to once again gather with legislators from across party lines. He noted that observing the Legislative Yuan session today, which included the interpolation of Premier Cho Jung-Tai, left a strong impression of Taiwan’s democracy, particularly the legislature’s vitality and energy. Responding to President Han’s remarks on the three symbols of hospitality,” Director Nakasone said that today’s atmosphere fully reflected Taiwan’s warmth and sincerity, and he expressed hope that Japan’s National Diet will likewise strengthen cross-party cooperation to promote closer parliamentary diplomacy with Taiwan.
午宴交流時，出席委員與訪團成員就美國關稅議題、物價波動與貨幣貶值、青年問題、開放農產品進口、人工智慧（AI）及政府相關因應作為等議題廣泛交換意見。本次午宴歷約90分鐘，氣氛熱絡友好，賓主盡歡，在雙方互贈紀念品後圓滿結束。
During the luncheon, attending legislators and delegation members exchanged views on a broad range of topics, including U.S. tariff policies, price fluctuations and currency depreciation, youth issues, agricultural imports, artificial intelligence (AI), and relevant government responses. The luncheon lasted approximately 90 minutes in a warm and cordial atmosphere, with hosts and guests enjoying each other’s company. The event concluded successfully after an exchange of gifts from both sides.
