立法院韓國瑜院長率「台日交流聯誼會」跨黨派代表團赴日本進行國會外交 韓國瑜：期盼訪日之行收穫滿滿 與日本國會深化雙邊友好關係 President Daniel K.Y. 立法院韓國瑜院長於本（9月25）日上午率領立法院「台日交流聯誼會」跨黨派委員代表團，赴日本進行國會外交並順道考察「2025大阪世界博覽會」。此次代表團成員共計12人，包括「台日交流聯誼會」副會長洪孟楷委員與黃珊珊委員，以及國民黨許宇甄委員、王鴻薇委員、翁曉玲委員、林倩綺委員；民進黨何欣純委員、王美惠委員、郭昱晴委員、莊瑞雄委員及陳瑩委員。立法院江啟臣副院長、周萬來秘書長及外交部葛葆萱常務次長亦親赴機場送行。
On the morning of September 25, President Daniel K.Y. Han (韓國瑜) of the Legislative Yuan led a cross-party delegation from the Taiwan-Japan Friendship Association to Japan for parliamentary diplomacy, and to visit the 2025 World Expo in Osaka. The delegation consisted of twelve members, including Vice Chairs of the Taiwan-Japan Friendship Association, KMT Legislator Hung Mong-Kai and TPP Legislator Huang Shan-Shan, as well as KMT Legislators Hsu Yu-Chen, Wang Hung-Wei, Dr. Weng Hsiao-Ling, and Dr. Lin Chien-Chi; DPP Legislators Ho Hsin-Chun, Wang Mei-Hui, Kuo Yu-Ching, Dr. Chuang Jui-Hsiung, and Chen Ying. Vice President Dr. Johnny C. Chiang (江啟臣) of the Legislative Yuan, Secretary General Chou Wan-Lai, and Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs Ger Bau-Shuan were present at Taipei Songshan Airport to see the delegation off.
韓院長偕跨黨派立委於松山機場受訪表示，此次立法院出訪日本，主要有三個目的。首先，日本國會「日華議員懇談會」會長古屋圭司多次誠摯邀請中華民國立法院赴日交流，但因受國內要務影響，至今天才成行。本人此次以立法院長兼「台日交流聯誼會」會長身分，特別邀請三黨團委員共同參加，一同赴日與當地國會議員及各界政要就深化台日關係交換意見。
Before their departure, President Han spoke to the media at Songshan airport, stating that the Legislative Yuan’s visit to Japan has three main purposes. First, he noted that Keiji Furuya, Chair of Japan’s Japan-ROC Diet Members’ Consultative Council, has repeatedly extended sincere invitations for Taiwan’s Legislative Yuan to visit Japan for exchanges. However, due to domestic commitments, the trip had been postponed until now. In his capacity as both President of the Legislative Yuan and Chair of the Taiwan-Japan Friendship Association, President Han specially invited legislators from the three party caucuses to join the delegation in visiting Japan and engaging with Japanese Diet members and other political leaders to deepen Taiwan-Japan relations.
韓院長繼謂，此次訪問同樣受到東京、大阪兩地華僑的熱烈期待，僑界盼望能與立法院各政黨代表深入交流情誼。韓院長強調，華僑雖長年在異鄉打拼，但心中始終牽繫著故鄉。因此，這次行程中特別安排與旅日僑胞餐敘，期望透過面對面的互動，進一步加深彼此的情感連結。
President Han added that the visit has also been eagerly anticipated by overseas Taiwanese communities in Tokyo and Osaka, who look forward to engaging in deeper exchanges and strengthening ties with legislators from all political parties. He emphasized that although overseas compatriots have long worked hard abroad, their hearts remain closely connected to their homeland. The delegation therefore arranged gatherings and dinners with Taiwanese compatriots in Japan to strengthen these emotional ties through face to face interactions.
韓院長最後表示，「2025年大阪世界博覽會」即將落幕，世博自1851年以來，一直是全球科技、人文與藝術的最高殿堂，尤其本次台灣館在大阪世博上展現卓越亮眼的表現，我們此行也要前往現場，為台灣館加油打氣，並觀摩各國的亮點與經驗，作為未來的借鏡。
President Han further noted that the 2025 World Expo in Osaka represents a major global event showcasing achievements in global technology, culture and arts since the first Expo in 1851. He praised the outstanding performance of Taiwan’s Pavilion “Tech World” and stated that the delegation would visit the site to express encouragement and observe the highlights and experiences of other participating countries as valuable references for Taiwan’s future development.
韓院長也特別感謝三黨團不分彼此、超越黨派，共同參與這次國會外交任務，他期盼此行不僅是為台灣外交盡力，更是為臺灣的國家形象加分，預祝此趟訪日之行能收穫滿滿，台日友誼長存。
