立法院韓國瑜院長本（10月9）日中午在「臺日交流聯誼會」副會長洪孟楷委員、副會長黃珊珊委員、國民黨許宇甄委員、賴士葆委員、王鴻薇委員、翁曉玲委員、林倩綺委員、民進黨邱志偉委員、郭國文委員、王美惠委員、陳冠廷委員、羅美玲委員、郭昱晴委員，以及外交部臺灣日本關係協會林郁慧副秘書長的陪同下，款宴「中華民國國慶日本國會議員祝賀團」一行28人。
At noon on October 9, Legislative Yuan President Daniel K.Y. Han (韓國瑜), accompanied by Vice Chairs of the Taiwan–Japan Friendship Association, KMT Legislator Hung Mong-Kai and TPP Legislator Huang Shan-Shan; KMT Legislators Hsu Yu-Chen, Dr. Lai Shyh-Bao, Wang Hung-Wei, Dr. Weng Hsiao-Ling, and Dr. Lin Chien-Chi; DPP Legislators Dr. Chiu Chih-Wei, Dr. Kuo Kuo-Wen, Wang Mei-Hui, Chen Kuan-Ting, Dr. Loh Mei-Ling, and Kuo Yu-Ching; and Deputy Secretary General Lin Yu-Hui of the Taiwan–Japan Relations Association under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, hosted a luncheon in honor of the twenty-eight-member Japanese parliamentary delegation commemorating the ROC National Day.
韓院長熱烈歡迎「日華議員懇談會」古屋圭司會長籌組跨黨派國會祝賀團來臺參加中華民國114年國慶典禮，並表示看到各位日本國會議員「精、氣、神」特別飽滿、神采奕奕，倍感欣慰。韓院長回顧上（9）月率跨黨派立委訪問日本成果豐碩，特別感謝「日華懇」的熱情接待，並祝福訪團此行在臺一切順利圓滿。
President Han warmly welcomed the cross-party parliamentary congratulatory delegation organized by Furuya Keiji, Chairman of the Japan–ROC Diet Members’ Consultative Council, to Taiwan for the 2025 National Day celebrations. He noted with pleasure that the Japanese legislators appeared especially energetic and in high spirits. President Han also reflected on the fruitful outcomes of his cross-party delegation’s visit to Japan last month (September), expressing special gratitude to the Consultative Council for its warm hospitality and extending his best wishes for a smooth and successful visit to Taiwan.
韓院長續提及，日本有望迎來新任女首相高市早苗，而「日華懇」古屋圭司會長亦接任自民黨「選舉對策委員長」一職，可謂雙喜臨門。韓院長讚許古屋會長洞察敏銳、遠見卓越，相信其將持續拔擢優秀人才、引領政壇發展；並期勉在座立委學習古屋會長的政治智慧與判斷力。
President Han further noted that Japan is likely to welcome a new female prime minister, Takaichi Sanae, while Chairman Furuya has also assumed the position of Chair of the Liberal Democratic Party’s Election Strategy Committee—truly a double celebration. President Han praised Chairman Furuya for his keen insight and far-sighted vision, expressing confidence that he will continue to cultivate outstanding talent and guide political development. He also encouraged the legislators present to learn from Chairman Furuya’s political wisdom and judgment.
韓院長最後強調，本日立法院三黨委員齊聚一堂，象徵立法院推動國會外交的團結與誠意，期待未來兩國國會持續交流、合作，並再次熱情歡迎「日華懇」貴賓來訪，期待明日國慶典禮相見。
In closing, President Han emphasized that the gathering of legislators from all three major parties of the Legislative Yuan symbolized unity and sincerity in advancing parliamentary diplomacy. He expressed his hope that the parliaments of Taiwan and Japan would continue to strengthen exchanges and cooperation, once again extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests of the Consultative Council, and said he looked forward to meeting them at the National Day celebrations the following day.
「日華懇」古屋圭司會長致詞時表示，非常榮幸此次受到立法院高規格的款待，衷心感謝韓院長及委員們的周到安排。古屋會長繼指出，「日華懇」為跨黨派組織，此次共有28位國會議員來臺參加中華民國114年國慶典禮，充分展現日本各界對臺灣的重視與深厚情誼。
In his remarks, Chairman Furuya expressed his great honor at receiving such a high-level reception from the Legislative Yuan, and conveyed his heartfelt thanks to President Han and the legislators for their thoughtful arrangements. He further noted that the Consultative Council is a cross-party organization, and that the participation of 28 parliamentarians in this visit to attend the 2025 National Day celebrations fully demonstrated the importance Japan places on Taiwan and the deep friendship between the two sides.
古屋會長回顧，上月甫於日本接待韓院長所率跨黨派委員訪問團，短短兩週後又能在臺相見，倍感親切，另特別提及去年韓院長贈予的「一望千里」墨寶，至今仍懸掛於辦公室最顯眼處，象徵臺日情誼長存。古屋會長並代表日本對花蓮光復鄉災情表達慰問，表示日本擁有先進的水深探測技術儀器，預計10月17日運抵臺灣，協助防災工作。
Chairman Furuya recalled that he had only just hosted President Han’s cross-party legislative delegation in Japan last month, and that meeting again in Taiwan merely two weeks later felt especially warm and familiar. He also mentioned the calligraphy piece titled Seeing a Thousand Miles at a Glance presented by President Han last year, which remains prominently displayed in his office as a symbol of enduring Taiwan–Japan friendship. Chairman Furuya also conveyed Japan’s condolences regarding the disaster in Guangfu Township, Hualien County. He noted that Japan possesses advanced deep-water surveying equipment, which is scheduled to arrive in Taiwan on October 17 to assist with disaster prevention efforts.
古屋會長進一步指出，「日華懇」下設六個研究小組，其中「臺灣國際地位小組」歷經三年努力，於今年5月27日促成「日本結婚登記國籍欄」修法，使臺灣配偶得以註記「臺灣」國籍，展現日本對臺灣的尊重與認同。據統計，目前已有逾七萬人受惠，此成果彰顯臺日深厚的友誼。古屋會長強調，臺日兩國是有志一同、真正的好朋友。
Chairman Furuya further explained that the Consultative Council comprises six research groups, among which the “Taiwan International Status Group,” after three years of efforts, successfully facilitated an amendment on May 27 of this year to Japan’s marriage registration nationality field, allowing Taiwanese spouses to be registered as “Taiwan” in terms of nationality. This change reflects Japan’s respect for and recognition of Taiwan. According to statistics, more than 70,000 people have already benefited from the amendment, a result that highlights the deep and enduring friendship between Taiwan and Japan. Chairman Furuya emphasized that Taiwan and Japan are truly like-minded and genuine friends.
餐宴開始時，「臺日交流聯誼會」副會長洪孟楷委員特別代表祝酒，洪委員表示，韓院長選在臺灣知名的餐廳款待日本貴賓，寓意深遠。「鼎」象徵第一，祝福各位議員高票連任；「泰」代表健康安泰、處事從容；「豐」則寓意豐收與成果豐碩，期盼訪團此行滿載而歸。
At the beginning of the luncheon, Legislator Hung, Vice Chair of the Taiwan–Japan Friendship Association, offered a toast on behalf of the hosts. He remarked that President Han’s choice of Din Tai Fung, a renowned Taiwanese restaurant, to host the Japanese guests carried symbolic meaning: “Din” symbolizes excellence and first place, conveying wishes for the legislators’ successful re-election with high margins; “Tai” represents health, peace, and calmness; and “Fung” signifies abundance and fruitful results, expressing hopes that the delegation’s visit would yield rich outcomes.
「臺日交流聯誼會」另一位副會長黃珊珊委員則分享，每次與「日華懇」成員相聚皆感溫馨愉快，並回憶訪日期間受到的熱情款待，印象深刻。此次訪團停留時間雖短暫，但堅信臺日情誼深厚，未來必能再次重逢。
Legislator Huang, also Vice Chair of the Taiwan–Japan Friendship Association, shared that every gathering with members of the Consultative Council is always warm and pleasant. She also recalled with fondness the gracious hospitality she received when visiting Japan. Although the delegation’s stay in Taiwan was brief, she expressed confidence in the strong Taiwan–Japan friendship and believed there would be many opportunities to meet again in the future.
本次午宴歷時約兩小時，席間氣氛熱絡友好、賓主盡歡，在溫馨愉快的氣氛中圓滿結束。
The luncheon lasted approximately two hours and concluded successfully in a warm and cheerful atmosphere, with lively and friendly exchanges between hosts and guests.
