立法院江啟臣副院長於本（11月25）日下午，在國民黨陳永康委員、民進黨張雅琳委員等人陪同下，接見「丹麥國會議員」胡格（Kasper Roug）國會議員一行4人。
On the afternoon of November 25, Vice President Dr. Johnny C. Chiang (江啟臣) of the Legislative Yuan, accompanied by KMT Legislator Adm. Chen Yeong-Kang and DPP Legislator Ngalim Tiunn, received a four-member delegation of Folketing Members (Danish Members of Parliament) led by MP Kasper Roug.
江副院長首先代表立法院及韓院長誠摯歡迎首次訪臺的丹麥國會議員，並表示今早方才結束與跨黨派委員赴美國與巴拉圭的國會外交行程，一回國便能在此與訪團會面，深感榮幸，繼提及去（2024）年丹麥國會友臺小組柯絲高（Pia Kjærsgaard）主席率跨黨派議員訪臺，奠定雙邊堅實的國會交流基礎。
Vice President Chiang first extended a warm welcome, on behalf of the Legislative Yuan and its President Daniel K.Y. Han (韓國瑜), to the Folketing Members making their first visit to Taiwan. He noted that earlier that same morning he had concluded a parliamentary diplomacy trip to the United States and Paraguay with a cross-party group of legislators, and that it was a great honor to be able to meet with the Danish delegation immediately upon returning to Taiwan. He also recalled that in 2024, Chair Pia Kjærsgaard of Denmark's Parliamentary Taiwan Friendship Group led a cross-party delegation to Taiwan, laying a solid foundation for bilateral parliamentary exchanges.
江副院長指出，丹麥在《2025世界幸福報告》中再度名列前茅，完善的社會福利制度、生活與工作的平衡，以及人民對政府的高度信任，都備受國際推崇，也是臺灣推動社會福利政策、良善治理，可以借鏡的典範。產業方面，丹麥工業生產率高，表現優異，而臺灣具備全球頂尖的晶圓製造技術，期盼未來雙方透過「優勢互補」創造更多雙贏局面，最後並預祝訪團此行訪臺收穫豐碩。
Vice President Chiang pointed out that Denmark once again ranked among the top countries in the World Happiness Report 2025. Its well-developed social welfare system, strong work-life balance, and high level of public trust in government are widely recognized internationally and serve as valuable references for Taiwan as it advances social welfare policies and good governance. On the industrial front, he noted that Denmark demonstrates outstanding industrial productivity, while Taiwan possesses world-leading wafer fabrication technologies. He expressed hope that through complementary strengths, the two sides could create more win-win outcomes in the future, and concluded by wishing the delegation a fruitful and rewarding visit to Taiwan.

In his remarks, MP Roug, Vice Chair of Denmark's Parliamentary Taiwan Friendship Group, stated that all members of the delegation were visiting Taiwan for the first time and that they had already strongly felt Taiwan’s vibrant atmosphere of freedom and democracy upon arrival. He expressed hope that this visit would generate more opportunities for bilateral cooperation. He then invited delegation members to introduce themselves and engaged in in-depth exchanges on various issues.
張雅琳委員向訪團詢問有關丹麥近期擬推動中小學校學生禁止在校內使用手機一事，由於此類議題在臺灣尚未凝聚共識，希望藉此汲取丹麥的相關經驗。訪團成員回應相關法案尚未正式於國會中通過，不過由於丹麥推行數位化教學行之有年，導致學生過度依賴3C產品影響教學品質及專注力，歐洲已有如芬蘭、法國等國家明文禁止學生在校內使用3C設備，目前丹麥政府相關部門正研擬因應法案，並從規範公立學校著手，張委員感謝丹麥議員分享的經驗，作為完善臺灣目前推動「生生用平板」政策之參考方向。
Legislator Tiunn asked the delegation about Denmark’s recent proposal to prohibit primary and secondary school students from using mobile phones on campus. As consensus on similar issues has yet to be reached in Taiwan, she expressed hope of drawing on Denmark’s experience. Members of the delegation responded that the relevant legislation has not yet been formally passed by parliament. However, as Denmark has long promoted digital education, excessive reliance on electronic devices among students has affected teaching quality and concentration. Several European countries, including Finland and France, have explicitly banned the use of electronic devices on school campuses. Relevant Danish government agencies are currently drafting responsive legislation, beginning with regulations for public schools. Legislator Tiunn thanked the Danish MPs for sharing their experience, noting that it would serve as a useful reference for refining Taiwan’s ongoing “one tablet per student” policy.

Legislator Chen shared with the delegation that he had visited Denmark in 1979 and noted that, having served in the military for over forty years, he has long focused on national defense and security issues. Drawing lessons from the Russia-Ukraine war, he expressed support for increasing the proportion of the defense budget. He emphasized, however, that national security is not only about weapons procurement; addressing emerging threats such as hybrid attacks is equally important.

During the exchange, both sides engaged in extensive discussions on a wide range of topics including U.S. President Trump’s recently proposed 28-point peace plan, disinformation attacks, societal resilience, Taiwan’s democratic development, and the development of artificial intelligence. The meeting lasted approximately one hour and was conducted in a warm and lively atmosphere. It concluded successfully with an exchange of commemorative gifts and a group photo.
