立法院韓國瑜院長本（5月26）日晚間在「臺灣與法國國會友好協會」林楚茵委員、國民黨楊瓊瓔委員、張嘉郡委員、魯明哲委員、羅廷瑋委員、林沛祥委員、民進黨邱議瑩委員及民眾黨邱慧洳委員等人陪同下，首度於院長官邸款宴「法國國民議會友台小組」主席帕媞斯黛（Marie-Noëlle Battistel）一行。
On the evening of May 26, Legislative Yuan President Daniel K.Y. Han (韓國瑜) hosted the delegation led by Marie-Noëlle Battistel, chair of the French National Assembly’s Taiwan Friendship Group, at a banquet at the Speaker’s residence for the first time. President Han was accompanied by members of the Taiwan-France Inter-Parliamentary Amity Association, including DPP Legislators Lin Chu-Yin and Chiu Yi-Ying; KMT Legislators Dr. Yang Chiung-Ying, Dr. Alice Chang, Lu Ming-Che, Lo Ting-Wei, and Dr. Lin Pei-Hsiang; as well as TPP Legislator Chiu Hui-Ju.
韓院長首先代表立法院誠摯歡迎帕媞斯黛主席及訪團一行來訪，並感謝日前率跨黨派立法委員赴法國訪問，國民議會友台小組的熱情接待，兩週後能再度見到帕媞斯黛主席及各位議員好朋友，深感台法國會交流的密切及彼此間的深厚情誼。院長另特別感謝法國長期在國際場合為台灣發聲，此舉對台灣的國際參與至關重要，台灣人民銘感在心。
President Han opened the banquet by sincerely welcoming Chair Battistel and her delegation on behalf of the Legislative Yuan. He thanked the French National Assembly's Taiwan Friendship Group for its warm hospitality during his recent visit to France with a cross-party delegation of legislators. Seeing Chair Battistel and the French parliamentarians again just two weeks later, he said, underscored the close parliamentary exchanges and deep friendship between Taiwan and France. Additionally, President Han especially thanked France for its long-standing support in speaking up for Taiwan in international settings, which plays a critical role in Taiwan’s international participation and is deeply appreciated by the people of Taiwan.
訪團團長帕媞斯黛主席感謝韓院長的盛情款待。她指出，訪團由跨黨派議員組成，各自立場雖不盡相同，但是對台灣的支持是跨黨派一致的共識。此外，團長亦分享此行赴高雄參加法國生活節的心得，表示台灣民眾對法國文化展現的熱情令團員印象深刻，並強調每次訪台都帶著滿滿珍貴的回憶及收穫而歸，期待台法關係持續向前。
Chair Battistel, the head of the delegation, thanked President Han for his warm hospitality. She noted that the delegation was composed of parliamentarians from different political parties. Although they held different political views, support for Taiwan was a cross-party consensus. Moreover, Chair Battistel shared her thoughts about the delegation’s visit to Kaohsiung for the French Lifestyle Festival. She said that the delegation was impressed by the Taiwanese people’s enthusiasm for French culture and emphasized that each visit to Taiwan leaves her with many precious memories and meaningful gains. She expressed hope that Taiwan-France relations would continue to advance.

Subsequently, the two sides exchanged extensive views on artificial intelligence, national defense, and cultural exchanges between Taiwan and France, and conveyed their friendship through classic songs from both countries. President Han also specially prepared Taiwanese seasonal fruits, including lychees and mangoes, as well as the widely loved shaved ice, for the guests to experience Taiwan’s summer culinary culture. The banquet lasted approximately two and a half hours and concluded successfully in a warm and lively atmosphere, with the host and guests thoroughly enjoying the occasion. (2026/05/26)
