立法院張裕榮副秘書長於本(6月12)日上午出席張雅琳委員發起之「立法院國際投資台灣促進會」成立大會。現場出席貴賓包括邱議瑩委員、葛如鈞委員、林楚茵委員、王定宇委員、王正旭委員、王美惠委員、許智傑委員、鍾佳濱委員,以及經濟部莊銘池主任秘書、外交部國際合作及經濟事務司陳敬一副司長、外交部國會事務辦公室黃世昌執行長、行政院經貿談判辦公室徐崇欽執行秘書、駐台北韓國代表部高尚郁代理代表、歐洲經貿辦事處經貿組邵恩博組長、紐西蘭商工辦事處羅文橋經濟組長、台灣美國商會魏凱 (Carl Wegner)執行長、台北市日本工商會相馬伸一郎常務理事、三田地肇常務理事、歐洲在台商務協會李世偉政府關係代表、台灣產業合作發展協會鄭淑心執行長等人,以及外商在台企業代表共襄盛會。
On the morning of June 12, Legislative Yuan Deputy Secretary General Dr. Chang Yu-Jung (張裕榮) attended the inaugural meeting of the Legislative Yuan Association for the Promotion of International Investment in Taiwan, initiated by DPP Legislator Ngalim Tiunn. 成立大會發起人張雅琳委員首先致開場詞,全體與會貴賓合影留念後,大會通過組織章程及推選會長與副會長,並由榮譽會長王定宇委員與副會長葛如鈞委員代表致詞。
Legislator Tiunn, the initiator of the association, first delivered opening remarks. After the distinguished guests took a group photo, the meeting adopted the association’s organizational charter and elected its chair and vice chairs. Honorary Chair Legislator Wang Ting-Yu and Vice Chair Legislator Ko then delivered remarks.
張裕榮副秘書長代表立法院致詞時表示,非常榮幸代表韓國瑜院長出席「立法院國際投資台灣促進會」成立大會。張副秘書長指出,近年台灣在國際經貿體系中的重要性持續提升,特別是在半導體、人工智慧及資通訊產業領域,以及全球供應鏈重組過程中,均占有關鍵地位。基於台灣堅實的技術實力與完整產業基礎,吸引眾多國際企業擴大對台投資並設立研發中心。
Speaking on behalf of the Legislative Yuan, Deputy Secretary General Chang said he was honored to attend the inaugural meeting of the Legislative Yuan Association for the Promotion of International Investment in Taiwan on behalf of Legislative Yuan President Daniel K.Y. Han (韓國瑜). Deputy Secretary General Chang noted that Taiwan’s importance in the international economic and trade system has continued to grow in recent years, highlighting that Taiwan plays a key role in the semiconductor, artificial intelligence, and information and communications technology sectors, as well as in the restructuring of global supply chains. Taiwan’s solid technological capabilities and comprehensive industrial foundation have made it an attractive destination for international companies seeking to expand their investments and establish research and development centers.
張副秘書長強調,推動投資台灣,不僅仰賴人才、技術、市場與制度的長期累積,更需要國會發揮平台功能,使產業需求得以充分反映,促進政策與法制更貼近實務。促進會的成立,正可作為連結台灣產業能量與國際資金、技術及市場的重要橋梁,強化行政部門、立法院、企業界與國際夥伴之間的交流與合作。
Deputy Secretary General Chang emphasized that promoting investment in Taiwan depends not only on the long-term accumulation of talent, technology, markets, and institutions, but also on the Legislative Yuan serving as a platform that ensures industry needs are fully represented and helps align policies and legal frameworks with practical realities. He also mentioned that the establishment of the association will serve as an important bridge linking Taiwan’s industrial strengths with international capital, technology, and markets, while strengthening exchanges and cooperation among the executive branch, the Legislative Yuan, the business community, and international partners.
張副秘書長最後感謝張雅琳委員以遠見與行動力促成本促進會成立,並表示立法院未來將持續提供必要協助,期盼透過此一平台,讓更多國際友人看見台灣、瞭解台灣、信任台灣,進而選擇投資台灣。
Deputy Secretary General Chang concluded by thanking Legislator Tiunn for bringing about the establishment of the association through her vision and initiative. He stated that the Legislative Yuan will continue to provide support where needed, and expressed hope that through this platform, more international friends will see Taiwan, understand Taiwan, trust Taiwan, and ultimately choose to invest in Taiwan.
