立法院江啟臣副院長代表韓國瑜院長，於本（8月24）日清晨率領立法院跨黨派代表團，赴日本東京參加「亞洲太平洋國會議員聯合會」（APPU）第88屆理事會暨第54屆大會。此次代表團成員共計14人，除江副院長外，尚包含國民黨洪孟楷委員、林思銘委員、鄭正鈐委員、王育敏委員、涂權吉委員、黃仁委員、民進黨郭昱晴委員、林楚茵委員、林淑芬委員、陳冠廷委員、羅美玲委員、邱志偉委員以及民眾黨許忠信委員。
On behalf of Legislative Yuan President Daniel K.Y. Han (韓國瑜), Vice President Dr. Johnny C. Chiang (江啟臣) led a cross-party delegation from the Legislative Yuan to Tokyo early this morning (August 24) to attend the 88th Council Meeting and 54th General Assembly of the Asian-Pacific Parliamentarians’ Union (APPU). The 14-member delegation comprised Vice President Chiang and KMT Legislators Hung Mong-Kai, Lin Szu-Ming, Dr. Cheng Cheng-Chien, Wang Yu-Min, Tu Chuan-Chi, and Huang Jen; DPP Legislators Kuo Yu-Ching, Lin Chu-Yin, Lin Shu-Fen, Chen Kuan-Ting, Dr. Loh Mei-Ling, and Dr. Chiu Chih-Wei; and TPP Legislator Dr. Hsu Chung-Hsin.
「亞洲太平洋國會議員聯合會」（APPU）自1965年創立迄今，為亞太區域歷史悠久之跨國議會組織。繼上屆活動在我首都台北成功舉辦，本屆會議即將在日本東京舉行。立法院三黨委員均積極參與，盼藉此機會深化與APPU各會員國議會間的實質交流。
Founded in 1965, the Asian-Pacific Parliamentarians’ Union (APPU) is one of the longest-standing interparliamentary organizations in the Asia-Pacific region. Following the successful APPU meetings held in Taipei last year, this year’s meetings will be held in Tokyo. Legislators from all three parties in the Legislative Yuan are actively participating in the event, with the aim of further deepening substantive exchanges with the parliaments of APPU member countries.
本屆APPU大會主題是「維護自由開放經濟秩序及強化區域供應鏈韌性之議會間合作」（Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation for Maintaining a Free and Open Economic Order and Strengthening Regional Supply Chain Resilience）。面對全球供應鏈重組、經濟秩序遭受挑戰之際，台灣作為全球關鍵產業供應鏈的重要成員，期盼透過APPU平台，加強與區域國家國會議員之間的對話，以深化合作，共同維護亞太區域的經濟安全與供應鏈韌性。
The theme of this year’s APPU General Assembly is “Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation for Maintaining a Free and Open Economic Order and Strengthening Regional Supply Chain Resilience.” At a time when global supply chains are being restructured and the economic order is facing growing challenges, Taiwan, as an important member of global supply chains for key industries, looks forward to using the APPU platform to strengthen dialogue with parliamentarians across the region, deepen cooperation, and work together to safeguard economic security and supply chain resilience in the Asia-Pacific.
此次立法院代表團除參加為期三天的APPU理事會及大會外，也將把握機會進行國會外交並會晤日本國會友人，預期將就經貿、文化及雙邊關係發展等議題深入交換意見，以進一步鞏固友好關係。（2026/08/24）
In addition to attending the three-day APPU Council Meeting and General Assembly, the Legislative Yuan delegation will take the opportunity to engage in parliamentary diplomacy and meet with friends from the Japanese National Diet. The delegation is expected to exchange in-depth views on economic and trade ties, cultural exchanges, bilateral relations, and other issues, with a view to further strengthening friendly relations.
