• I’ve been poor since my childhood. Fortunately, I’ve received a lot of help from various groups in the society. Under the trust and love of my countrymen, I was elected as the 14th-term Assembly Speaker at Tainan County Assembly. As I frequently visit the grassroots in these years, I know people are suffering from the eventful world. I appreciate the cultivation from KMT and my country and would like to bring new ideas to national development by using the method of business administration.
