According to Article 12 of the operation regulation of Legislative Yuan, Personnel Department sets up Legislators Service Division, Manpower Division, Examination and Training Division, Supplying Division to undertakes the following operations:
Legislators (of Legislative Yuan) Service Division:
Pertaining to arrival reporting, enrollment, swearing, going events and election of Legislators.
Pertaining to welfare, mutual help, housing loan of Legislators.
Pertaining to marrying and death, children' raising and education of Legislators.
Pertaining to public insurance, health insurance, relieving and retirement caring of Legislators.
Pertaining to registration, changing, payment, labor insurance, health insurance and personnel files of Legislators' assistants, who are under Legislative Yuan' payroll.
Pertaining to ID, badge, holding position or resigning certificate, and respectful ID after retirement of Legislators.
Pertaining to holding position or resigning certificate, and entry ID of Legislators' assistants, who are under Legislative Yuan' payroll.
Pertaining to training and activities subsidy of Legislators' assistants, who are under Legislative Yuan' payroll.
Other matters related to personnel of Legislators and their assistants, who are under Legislative Yuan' payroll.
Manpower Division:
Pertaining to organic structure, position classifying and relative matters.
Pertaining to selection, examination appointment, hiring and discharging, removal, salary degrees and relative matters of officers.
Pertaining to checking and submitting of officer evaluation.
Pertaining to examining the part-time working, temporary transferring and temporary leaving of officers.
Pertaining to reserving, planning and evaluation of manpower.
Pertaining to hiring, salary paying, registration, reviewing, savings, labor insurance and management of periodic employees.
Pertaining to research, improvement of personnel problems, and collection, analysis of relative information.
Pertaining to personnel working planning, business report, documentation registration, controlling and reviewing.
Examination and Training Division:
Pertaining to examination and approval of officers' regular reviewing, grading, rewarding and punishment.
Pertaining to improvement of the working efficiency of officers.
Pertaining to management of official trip, attendance and absence.
Pertaining to examining of vacation subsidy and extra working.
Pertaining to proposal for training, studying, investigation tour, visiting and joining international conference.
Pertaining to encouragement, selection and citation of excellence of office
Pertaining to officer protection.
Supplying Division:
Pertaining to examining and submitting cases about officers' public insurance and health insurance.
Pertaining to examining and submitting cases about retirement, relieving, lay-off, caring of officers.
Pertaining to examining and submitting cases about remuneration of officers.
Pertaining to examining and submitting cases about welfare, mutual help, housing and public loan of officers.
Pertaining to marrying and death, children' raising and education of officers.
Pertaining to proposal of festivities, activities and associations guiding.
Pertaining to examining and submitting cases about assets declaration of officers.
Pertaining to investigation, registration, statistics, statement report and management of personnel information.
Pertaining to issuance of officers' ID and business ID for other administrative agencies.
Other matters related to officers.
