According to Article 2 of organic regulation of each Committee and Article 5(1)(x) of organic regulation of Procedure Committee, Each Committee shall deliberate bills submitted by Legislative Yuan and petitions of the public. At the beginning of a session, each committee may invite Ministry of Justice and relative agencies to make business reports and be present at the committee meetings to present their views.
